Week-long art classes for kids, youth and adults
Artelier by The Paint Spot is excited to announce its brand new series of week-long art camps for youth and engaged adults – running through July and August!
Five talented working artists will teach age-appropriate skills within a variety of disciplines. Camp-goers will learn techniques and approaches to using artist materials that will lead to more successful and satisfying projects, and help build strong foundations they can build on as they explore the bounds of their creativity. Art-making develops problem-solving and decision-making skills that help make kids the creative thinkers and innovators of the future. Two of the eight camps provide the opportunity for a parent or care-giver to take part with their child.
The Paint Spot moved its workshops and lectures from the back of its store to Artelier, with the ambition of turning the building into a vibrant artist hub, hosting its classes, studio spaces for artists and groups, gallery pop-ups, meetings and business retreats.
