The Alberta Society of Artists is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to
join our team.

The Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for facilitating activities directly related to ASA public programming throughout Alberta. This includes maintaining communications with government, arts organizations, galleries, and other institutions, responding to inquiries from ASA members, participating artists, and the public and ensuring that the ASA Gallery is open to the public from Wednesday to Saturday, between 10 am and 4 pm.

The Alberta Society of Artists is a registered society under the laws of the Province of Alberta. Its members include professional artists in all visual art media as well as visual arts supporters. The ASA helps to foster and promote the visual arts in Alberta and contributes to the wellbeing of the artistic community. The active membership of professional visual artists strives for excellence and through exhibition, education, and communication, increases public awareness and public appreciation for the arts. The Society is a Canadian registered charitable organization that provides enhanced support for existing programs and develops new ones through its own resources and initiatives as well as through the dedicated efforts of its volunteers.
