Strathcona County’s first annual visual “Art in the Park” Art Walk will be held on July 23 &24, 2022. It will be held in conjunction with the Sherwood Park Highland Gathering celebrations held in the heart of the Community Centre, located on Broadmoor Lake and the Salisbury Composite school track field. The Art Walk will be open from 9 am to 5 pm both days. Many activities and venues will be present in Broadmoor Lake area including but not limited to food trucks, a Marketplace for arts and craft vendors, the Highland Heavy Games, Highland Dance and the Highland Pipe Band competition.

Our Art Walk will be comprised of artists with original art for sale, any medium, size or style. Limited registration is open to original visual art pending a juried process. Adjudication rules will be followed to ensure type and quality parameters are met. Please read Rules and Conditions carefully.

Booths are 10’W x 10’D, vendors are responsible to bring all display items and sales devices.

Overnight security is provided so tents and set up can stay up, just take home your art on Saturday night.

Allowable Art Forms: All artwork must be handmade, original and not manufactured or mass produced. Organizers reserve the right to refuse any artform that is deemed unacceptable for this show. Reproduced work (i.e. prints can be 25% of your inventory)
