Join Tara Vahab, CARFAC Alberta Interim Executive Director, to discuss wellness tips for artists to avoid getting lost in the work and preventing possible health issues. You will also have a chance to meet other Calgary members, learn about CARFAC Alberta membership, talk about your art and projects.
