The Allied Arts Council of Spruce Grove’s Open Art Competition is open for submissions. It is open to any Albertan Artist ages 18+ in 7 categories: “Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Masters, 3- Dimensional, Photography/Digital Art & Online Only”
